Recruitment of Research Assistant and Post-doctor
We would like to recruit the research assistants or post-doctors who have an interest of the molecular biology of AP-1 transcription factors JDP2 and ATF-2; Functions of replicative senescence, ROS homeostasis and antioxidation, and nuclear reprogramming and pluripotency of stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
- Molecular mechanism of histone modification by JDP2 and ATF-2
- Reprograming and pluripotency of iPSCs by JDP2
- Role of JDP2 to develop granule cells in cerebellum and axonal guidance
- Role of JDP2 in generation of brain cancers medulloblastoma
We need the research assistants and post-doctors with the following techniques:
- Molecular biology (DNA/RNA/protein works, construction of point mutant and deletion mutant, sequencing)
- Cell culture and mouse experiments
- Recombinant viruses (lenti and adeno-viruses etc)
Salary is based on the instruction of NSC. The official language is English.
